Hello Willard Families!

Welcome to the start of the 2010-2011 school year! I hope that your summers went well. The Willard Phoenix Rising After School Program is gearing up for what stands to be an amazing year. We will start the first day of school, Wednesday, September 1, 2010.

Attention Parents/Guardians
We have reserved  a space for your child  in the
2010/2011 BERKELEY LEARNS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM @ Willard.
In order to complete your registration you MUST attend a registration/orientation session on

Monday, August 30, 2010
between 3:00PM and 6:00PM
in the Willard School Cafeteria

Bring the following items to this session in order to complete your child’s registration:
Emergency contact information
Family income verification
First month fee and  deposit

If you are unable to attend this orientation session please call Zoey Zotigh, Program Coordinator  @ 644-6557 to schedule a time to complete your child's registration in the program prior to the first day of school.  Program begins on the first day of school.
